Tension levers, square type

We offer a wide range of long link lashing chains, end-fittings and tensioning devices. Tension levers with climbing hooks are used to tension the long link lashing chains at different lengths to secure the cargo. Same as with the lashing chains, the tension levers are available in 3 different sizes: 9 mm (MBL 10 T), 11 mm (MBL 15 T) and 13 mm (MBL 20 T).

The long link lashing chains are made from 20Mn2 steel and are available as 9 mm (MBL 10 T), 11 mm (MBL 15 T) and 13 mm (MBL 20 T). All our lashing chains are 100% proof load tested during production.

Tension levers can be supplied in 2 executions, with climbing hook or without climbing hook. The most commonly used 9, 11 and 13mm tension levers have a round bar. We also offer a stronger 13mm square type tension lever. This model is advised for used with hot dip galvanized lashing chains and is easier to handle in combination with extension levers.

The Tension levers are normally marked with size, MBL and batch code for traceability. On request we can offer customer-specific markings. Every delivery comes with a factory test certificate incl. product description, raw material details, traceability codes and MBL test diagram.

Tension levers are available with different surfaces: normal painted, powder coated, electro galvanized, electro galvanized + additional painting and hot dip galvanized. We can offer various colours, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
